Fundamentals of Arts Management:
Strategic Planning, Marketing, & Financial Planning

15 (Thu), 16 (Fri), & 17 (Sat) August 2013
(It is mandatory to attend all 3 days)

Time: 10 am – 6 pm 

Art and culture professionals aiming to develop their skills for managerial roles in arts organisations are strongly encouraged to apply. Applying to the course is open to all the residents in India. However, bursaries, accommodation, and travel will not be provided. To apply, please fill the application form below and email to us along with your CV or short bio at by 28th July’13. Due to limited number of seats a selection will be done.

Course fee: Rs. 3000/-
For Goa-CAP members: Rs. 2250/-
(course material, lunch, & tea/coffee will be provided)

The 3-day course will be conducted by Indian tutors with significant experience in their respective areas and in training and are leading well-known arts and social enterprise organisations in India.

The course will include both theory and practical work. The course work will broadly include the following:

 Developing organisational strategy in alignment with its vision and mission

 Arts marketing including audience development

 Financial planning including budgeting
